LED and OLED TVsI have a Samsung TV (UN50-J6200AF - bought in 2016) connected to an Onkyo Receiver (TX-SR393 - bought in 2019) with ab HDMI cable. Also attached to the receiver is a Fire Stick and a set of 5 external speakers. The TV is set to output to the external speakers. All is working fine. I recently connected a digital OTA antenna to the TV with a coax. I want the antenna sound to go to the receiver and external speakers.
I have communicated with Onkyo and they suggested an optical audio cable from the TV to the receiver or an HDMI from the receiver to an HDMI-ARC on the TV. None of the HDMI connections on the TV are marked ARC. Are they that type and just not marked?
Of these two options, which is better? I have not tried the optical connection because I don't currently have the cable.
Any thought will be appreciated.

LED and OLED TVsThe difference with the optical audio is it won’t transmit video, but if you have the video feed already, then it's fine
