Loweโs said that this Samsung dryer on their display floor came to them with the dryer rack (see actual pic above). They do not sell the rack separately and it seemingly is not available from any sources that they can find, so Loweโs assumed it came with these dryers. Apparently the not.

Samsung Parts were not helpful and said the part did not exist. However, I went to the local Loweโs store and the drying rack was inside the display model but it did not have a part number to order. The manager said it should have come with the dryer. So after many hours of trying to track this down, I still have nothing.

The dryer rack is inside the exact model that I purchased, a Samsung MultiSteam MoistureSensor SmartThings model DVE50BG8300V. Here is a picture of the rack in the dryer on the Loweโs display floor. The rack itself does not have a model number but clearly fits this dryer.
I bought brand new dryer and the store had to order it but it was not come with dryer rack. I tried to look online for dryer rack of model DVE50BG8300VAC but no luck. Where can I purchase it?
