I recently got a Samsung washer/dryer set. I'm trying to find the app for the smart care so I can set it up. Smart things says the device isn't supported (although that's what the manual says to do). The smart care app doesn't open and there is a Samsung laundry app that another manual says to download. What has everyone done?

We researched SmartThings and the washer. With our newer appliances, there may be a small QR code on the front of the washer. Normally, that QR code is near the top left or right corner of the washer.
