Washer not spinning getting a error code

my washer clicks on but won't spin or drain and the only error I get in diagnostics is -:  ... can anyone help?

The Samsung washer WA45T3200AW/A4 displaying a "-" error in diagnostics, along with clicking sounds but no spinning or draining, likely indicates an issue with the drain pump or a clog preventing proper draining, which then interferes with the spin cycle.

You might need to clean the drain filter. Thet do get clogged & prevent proper draining. It's usually located behind a door on the bottom of the front panel. Make sure you drain any excess water first

Thank you both I discovered clothing was stuck underneath the dryer in the pulley/ problem solved 🙂

Error code sc or 5c on my washer. Checked drain on bottom is clean. Won't spin. Any help?
