Easy setting box 3.0.11 resets settings after PC restart

Hi. My monitor is G61SD on the latest firmware. I turn on task bar shading and it resets after PC restart each time making the Easy setting box almost useless. Easy setting box is v3.0.11.

You can:

• Submit feedback via Samsung Members app or

• Go to Samsung Support → "Contact Us" and file a bug with logs attached (they do read these over time)

I expect Samsung support to work on this bug report here. Especially when it's too hard to get to the support in my region.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! In the community we are only able to do troubleshooting and service. We personally do not work with the code for the firmware directly at all. It would be recommend to submit a bug report. And if you are not a US based customer it would be recommend to also submit one using the community in your home country.
