JOG button not showing menu, but opens Game Setting 1

Pressing the JOG button brings up Game Setting 1, instead of opening the menu navigation. I tried unsticking by pressing and holding the jog button, to no avail. I'm confused as to why the JOG button would suddenly be mapped to opening Game Setting 1. Is there a way to factory reset without the menu?

Not sure if bumping helps or is allowed, but I'd really like some ideas to troubleshoot this issue...

Did you try navigating sideways through the menus from Game setting 1?
