How to identify my monitor?

Hi all:

I have this monitor:

Now, I have no idea what type monitor it is.
Have it for ages, so the box in which it came when I bought the monitor, is gone.
The backside has no sticker, nor has Menu an "About" option.
It is a Samsung 32", I think it is a LED monitor, with 1920x1080 resolution.
Could someone please tell me what type this is?

Also, since the very beginning, it had this pop-up at start, which goes away after about 15 seconds:

I tried so much to get rid of it, but never managed to make it go away.
Silly me, I had forgotten about the Manual Booklet which I had put back in said box ... , so typical for me, having severe ADHD.
Could someone please help me to get rid of this pop-up, please?

Honestly I've never seen that before so I wouldn't have any information it.

That monitor was released back in 2014 so everything has changed
