Happy holidays to all. I have the 1st version of the M8. Don't really use it I c a nt get my mouse and keyboard to work on both sides (PC & smart). Any suggestions would be greatly supervised.
Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Some of our M8 monitors do not support direct mouse inputs, I would recommend looking at your user manual to see specifics. As im not sure about your model number with the information provided I found that there are two USB-C ports one is for mouse inputs the other is for charging devices.
