Samsung T7 external Hard disk is not detecting the memory usage

Hi,

I recently purchased Samsung T7 hard drive, though I  have used the space around 1.75GB out of 1.81 TB it shows as 0 data usage in drive when i connect it to any laptop. kindly help me how to resolve this issue.

1.75GB out of 1.81TB is .001 or 0.1% of available drive space.  Too small to register in that page.  If you opened the drive the files would be visible.
