The samsung.com registration portal provides 14 spaces for the serial number but the serial on the back of my monitor is 15 characters long. It keeps telling me to 'Please enter the COMPLETE Serial Number found on the product (not the box)' but that is impossible.
I called in to have my product registered by phone but I would like the product to be registered to my samsung account.
