You have to have an unlocked Galaxy Note10/+ and it cannot be a carrier version of the phone.

Samsung told me that only sprint and tmobile is getting the beta unless your phone is unlockedðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ I'm with US Cellular we are always the last to get the update last. But Samsung said everyone should get it in December or January next year

@Tekato1979 the One UI 2.0/Android 10 beta is only available for unlocked devices as of right now.
