Suddenly, while I was reading something on my phone, a horizontal white flickering line appeared across my screen. It showed up out of nowhere.

II checked my display settings, rebooted my phone, and went into safe mode and nothing is fixing it. Brightness level has no impact. Display is all optimized with no recent changes in settings.

I've tried to screen shot it but the line turns into a faint black line in the photo. My phone hasn't been dropped, damaged, exposed to water or suffered any sort of injury. My phone has been wearing the same case for several weeks. It fits great and it's free of magnets. Everything else on the phone is working as normal.

Has anyone else had this problem?

It would be recommended to have the phone evaluated by a certified technician. You can take the phone to a local uBreakiFix https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung. They are able to make most display repairs. For additional service options, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1. Facebook Messenger: http://m.me/samsungsupport 2.
