For whatever reason this option is grayed out, I read online that it could be due to the fact that we have secure folder on our phone. To be Honest I can't even find where The secure folder is located to uninstall it to try and see if that fixes the issue. Anybody else have a Verizon note 8 that is having the same issue as in the screenshot above?

@usersOYmnbhwQO, alright, great. Go to Settings > Cloud and Accounts > Google > Toggle "Sync App Data" on.
This should help a bit with syncing your data.
Mine is doing the same thing, I haven't stuff into it yet, but it says devices with G Suite or Android for work profiles can't sync, so this could be part of the Knox security model tied in with Android. I'll reply back if I find anything out.
