Correct password is not working on Galaxy J3 Achieve

I've had this phone for 2yrs and I've had the same exact password ever since. I draw my password and it tells me it's incorrect even though I know it's definitely the right one. Please help me with any solutions

Do you have find my mobile set up on your device?

-If yes, I would recommending using remote unlock on your device.
