People can't hear me

I have a Samsung Galaxy A12. This just started today. Everyone I speak to says they can't hardly hear me (except if I use speaker). Any ideas?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, my phones not that old. Thanks, LT49

Could be physical issues like phone case or mic blocked from dirt or debris. I hope it is that and not a mic issue.
Also, does that happen when you are in a noisy environment?

Unfortunately some of the galaxy series have bad speakers. My mommas is the same way
