security policy restricts use of camera A11

I did an update a few days ago and now my Camera won't work. I tried turning it off to reset.

go to the camera app, clear cache and clear data, then force stop, exit app and restart phone

I had this phone 2 months ago and started having this problem on 12-19-20. I read the above post and could get the camera works again, but the same problem came back in less than 1 day. This time the suggested solution does not help. Very frustrated.

Before buying this new Samsung Galaxy A11 - due to carrier switching,  I used Moto G7 for over 1 year and LOVE it. I gave my Moto G7 a 10 points. For this Samsung Galaxy A11, I gave 5 points Max. I have never had issues like this w/ previous phones. Not sure if I got a lemon. Smiley Sad

Thanks did that but I think the real solution is that you have to the camera app in settings and go mobile data and turn on ALLOW APP while data saver is on.. for good measure I clear cache, data, and forced stopped as well

I did this step by step and still I cannot use my camera. I also did another method through biometrics and security and that didn't work either 😔
