My tv is a H Series model UN50H6350AF 50" 1080p. I'm trying to get it linked with Wi-Fi for Alexa. The thing is I'm trying to connect it, but it's says "Unable to connect." Everything else works with Wi-Fi though. My phone, my Roku, my Xbox, heck even my Phillips TV from 2009 and this TV is from 2014! And just when it couldn't get worse, (denial is a river reference tehe) I can't install the SmartThings app because it says this. If SmartThings was made in 2012, why can't it work with a 2020 phone? It does this with a ton of more apps made from Samsung too.
