Dish Network App Icon Missing

Wife complained the Dish Network Icon is missing on our 75" Qled. I was finally able to get the receiver on screen but only shows as Source HDMI3 Unknown. How do I download or find the Dish Icon? I did the icon search with no result,

If that does not help, you can try reconnecting the device to a different port. After that, you can try using a different HDMI cable to see if that helps.

The last option you can try is to call into our remote management team at 1 (800) 726-7864 for further support.
