My 55" 2020 Frame TV is accepting no inputs whatsoever, i have tried numerous remotes (both standard and smart), an IR extender and using third party remotes to control the TV such as Sky.

The unit is less than 18 months old. I have tried a hard reset (unplug overnight and power back up).

This problem is not allowing me to access any settings menu, turn off the tv or control the volume.

Has anybody experienced this or can advise. - thanks.

Hello! I understand how this can be frustrating with your remote not working properly.

I would recommend trying to reset your remote by taking the batteries out and holding the power button down.

If that doesn't help then you can try using the remote on the smart things app. You can use this link(https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00083002/) to get this way set up.

The last step if this doesn't work would be to purchase a new remote. You can find one on samsung.com  samsungparts.com
