QLED and The Frame TVs

I have a Neo QLED (55 and 40") and both have trouble connecting to two different Spectrum Cable boxes.  They will be fine for a few weeks and then get HDCP errors and not connect.  The only solution is to unplug and plug in both box and TV.  This works for awhile and then it happens again.  I have replaced the HDMI cables with certified ones, and changed ports.  Is there a setting somewhere that is incorrect and causing this to happen?  Like some expert or maintenance setting?  Please advise as this is very frustrating. Thanks
