Our tv isnโt even a month old and the Home Screen stopped working today. I can get into an app like Netflix by pressing the Netflix button and can move around no problem in Netflix or any other app. Itโs just the Home Screen that I can move around or choose anything. I would do a factory reset except I canโt get into setting as itโs on the Home Screen. We have unplugged it, left it off, and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We hear your concerns and understand how frustrating this must be. Rest assured, we are looking into this to ensure your TV experience is back to normal as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, many users have found success with a Cold Boot, which refreshes the system without needing the main menu:
> Remote Method: While the TV is on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for about 5 seconds until
> the Samsung logo appears and the TV restarts.
Power Method: Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

QLED and The Frame TVsNot sure if itโs just me but it doesnโt turn back on when holding down the off button.
I unplugged the tv yesterday when this happened and left it unplugged for a good 5mins and it didnโt fix the issue.
Also turned it off and on a million times lol.
Today Iโve woken up and I can move on the Home Screen now though it is very laggy and slow. I mean itโs better then not having a Home Screen I suppose lol

QLED and The Frame TVsDidn't work for me. Tried multiple times.
After trying these options and doing a complete factory reset, I still hadn't corrected the home screen issue. I had left the TV unplugged for an hour or so, to no avail.
I then unplugged it from the wall last night and it is now working. Seems the cache does not clear out as quickly as the fix might suggest. I had left it unplugged for over an hour and it didn't work. Leaving it unplugged all night (about 6 hours) seems to have done the trick.
