My old Samsung 2020 Frame TV was brilliant, I upgraded to the 2025 model thinking it would be just as good but when turning on the TV pressing the home button on the remote to wake the TV it goes to the art mode section where you can pick new screen savers. On my old 2020 model pressing the home button when the TV was off it would go straight to the home screen hub area when pressing the home button on the remote.
It is so annoying and has been bugging me for ages!!! Is there a fix for the glitch? Pressing the on/off button isn’t a solution. The home button on the remote should wake the TV and bring you to the home screen hub area. Currently I have the settings so it goes straight to my SKY box but still if you press the home button instead of the power button on remote it will go to the art mode section!!! Has anyone got a proper fix so the home button on the remote will go to the home hub?
