QLED and The Frame TVsHello all,
I just picked up a QN55Q8FAAFXZA and have setup all the Power & Energy Saving sections for automatic control of its brightness based on the ambient environment…but I am not entirely sure they are working as it just seems to stay the same display all the time.
For sure things change when I change the settings, and usually go from bright to dim, but no matter what the conditions are after that it’s always that same amount of dim.
So I don’t know if this has anything to do with it, but I am assuming there must be some kind of an ambient light sensor on the TV somewhere (?), but I can’t seem to find anything that looks like it could be it.
So does anyone know if this is how this works, and if it does, where the sensor might be located?
Thanks.
