QLED and The Frame TVsmy IP HAS STOPPED displaying their home screen or their guide for channel choices. ALL other apps are working through the wireless router. Is there a problem with the TV itself? I am running the newest updates. It is a 75 inch 8K OLED and it worked fine for 3 years but recently before this happened the voice and picture get out of sinc and needs to be turned off and powered back up to correct? Does anyone else have a similar problem? or could a tech tell me if this is a problem within the TV? it ONLY happens on the "Spectrum" choice which is the main connection to the TV through a wireless router.

QLED and The Frame TVsHey @pickonme! We appreciate you reaching out! With the primary culprit being the Spectrum app, you may need to reach out to them for assistance, but beforehand there is one thing that I would suggest trying to rectify the issue.
You would need to clear the cache on the television, but we will give you steps to try that. On a newer television, you would have the device care selection in the menu. Go to device care > manage storage > then choose the spectrum app, view details, and then you'll see the option to clear the cache/data. You'll want to clear the cache. If you don't see that option on the TV, you'll need to unplug the television for two minutes and then plug the television back in. If the app is still giving you trouble afterwards, you'll need to contact Spectrum directly for assistance.
