QLED and The Frame TVsI purchased my QN75Q900RBF 8K TV in December 2019. Now 2 1/2 years later the One Connect box is no longer working so although the TV is fine I can't connect/display any content because the One Connect box is broken.
Spoke to Samsung Support and they say no replacement is available so my very expensive TV is useless because they don't make a spare part for an essential component? How can that be, Samsung typically provides spare parts for 5+ years.
Any ideas? Will a newer model One Connect box work?
