- New QLED TV will not access Amazon Prime, Netflix, Youtube or any app. It says "Smart Hub is loading. Please try again later." Error message when we use the troubleshoot option, Smart Hub, says no connectivity with this message: mime-version: 1.0content-type: text/plain; charset=utf-8 content-transfer-encoding:8bit.
I dont know how to fix it. I resetted the SmartHub but still problem exists. Wifi connection says it is connected but smart hub says it is not connected. Also tv is uptodate.
