SMART Hub not updating, cant access apps

  • New QLED TV will not access Amazon Prime, Netflix, Youtube or any app. It says "Smart Hub is loading. Please try again later." Error message when we use the troubleshoot option, Smart Hub, says no connectivity with this message: mime-version: 1.0content-type: text/plain; charset=utf-8 content-transfer-encoding:8bit.

 

I dont know how to fix it. I resetted the SmartHub but still problem exists. Wifi connection says it is connected but smart hub says it is not connected. Also tv is uptodate.

I am having the same problem too after pairing my tablet with the t v. I am signed into my account but it tells me to sign into my account or says server error down for maintainence try again later. It constantly defaults to smart setup but will not connect. Is there something I am doing wrong or have to do differently?
