QLED and The Frame TVsI recently purchased a Samsung Frame TV (2021) from Facebook Marketplace and regretfully did not test the system before purchase, as they already wrapped it up for me.
The system does not work. I replaced the cable and the TV worked for ~10-20 minutes, then it blacked out. But the TV's on/off button flashes red when the remote is used.
I now suspect that the One Connect box (OCB) is the issue. I registered the TV and OCB model numbers into ChatGPT and it suggested that they're incompatible, with the OCB on hand from 2022, whereas the TV I have is from 2021.
I called Samsung support to affirm comaptibility, but they said they cannot help me in this regard (you make these things????) and instead deferred me to the authorised service centre nearby, who then referred me back to Samsung.
So, can someone please confirm whether or not the TV and the OCB are compatible?
I'm suspecting the seller broke the frame and tried replacing it with another TV.
With desperation,
Belal

Did you tried connect with Facebook Marketplace seller? I'm afraid nobody will not help you from Samsung side, because, i guess, warranty is not valid, authorized service probably will fix issue only if you have paid. If honest seller maybe will give you some tips what to do or maybe you will bring TV back and seller will return your money? I'm afraid you are in a really bad situation. I'm sorry.
