Hello.

I recently purchased a 98qn90d model and it's been working great. However, when I turn on the VRR feature, horizontal lines appear like ripples. Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue? It's a bit blurry, but I can see it if I look closely.

When I connect my xbox series x and enable freesync, some screens, such as gray ones, have lines that appear like wavy scan lines.

If I turn off the VRR feature, everything works fine.

I think it's a firmware issue, but I contacted Samsung Service Center, and they didn't seem to know anything, which is frustrating.

I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing a similar issue.

Thank you.

Have you tried enabling the Input Signal Plus feature? This could help the HDMI connection perform at the cord's specifications. To do this: Go to Home > Settings > General > External Device Manager > Input Signal Plus.

Thank you for reply.

Yes, I enabled Input Signal Plus. I also tried replacing the HDMI cable. Still having the same issue.

Thank you.
