QLED and The Frame TVsI really need to know why Samsung electronics can't solve a fundamental feature such as motion handling. Is this so difficult to you? All D series have this issue which is briefly about random frame rate drops and slowdown of slow motion scenes it can't cope with the cadence of vedio fps. Shame on these tv sets. I have been waiting for a firmware fix this bug but with no vain. I literally regret buying this tv and will return it soon. Thanks Samsung

QLED and The Frame TVsThe motion processing issue you're experiencing, where there are random frame rate drops and slowdowns during certain scenes (especially slow-motion content), may be linked to the motion interpolation and frame rate conversion features that are part of the TV's settings. Samsung uses technologies like Auto Motion Plus and Motion Rate to process video for smoother motion, but sometimes these features can introduce artifacts or fail to properly handle certain frame rates, especially with slow-motion content.
