The voice assistant button only works after re-pairing the remote and resets after the TV is turned off

Hello,

I have a Samsung TV, model QE55QN85BATXXH, software version T-PTMDEUC-1661.6.

For some time now, the microphone button used for voice commands and voice search on YouTube has stopped working. Other buttons work fine, but when I press the microphone button, only the red LED blinks. It only works if I re-pair the remote (by pressing the Back and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously). Unfortunately, after turning the TV off and on again, I have to pair the remote once more for it to work again.

Is there any way to fix this? Having to pair the remote every day is very inconvenient.
