Anywhere between a couple of days and a couple of weeks after turning the TV off at the mains for up to 30 seconds, when I try to select a provider, all I get is either a running circle or a blank screen. I’ve checked that I have the latest upgrade. The only solution is turn it off, turn it on.

QLED and The Frame TVsThis is a known frame pro issue Samsung needs to fix with a software update. Device care process, factory reset, disabling memory heavy features only provide temporary relief. I have to unplug the device every few days in order to get temporary relief.
