QLED and The FrameNew Neo QLED TV came with the solar remote. I put the remote under room light, in direct sunlight - it will not charge. I checked to see if there was a protecting film on the solar panel - there isn't.
Any idea?

QLED and The FrameTBH - I haven't tried that yet. I like the idea of solar charge.
Edit: Yes, USB charging works just fine.

QLED and The FrameFrom the Samsung web site:
"To charge the remote with solar energy, simply set the remote down with the solar panel facing up. You can do this in your living room while your lights are turned on, or you can place it near a window where it will soak in natural sunlight."
The remote sat face down for weeks and I also put it in direct sunlight for hours. Charging level didn't up an inch.
