Ability to block users and unfollow

Due to the heightened amount of spam and bots posting, I want to be able to block users, report them as spam bots, and remove them as followers.

This system's intent has good intentions, however, the lack of bot filtration is subpar.

If you want to report them as spam accounts, just tap the 3 dots at the top of the post, choose Report, Other, and type in Spam Account!

@Robin621k We can report them as spam, as well as want to block.  I also feel, we should not have to open a post to make a report, since most of the titles tell us exactly what we need to know that it's spam.

The current report functionality is equivalent to an MVP, minimum viable product. We need something better
