I am not sure where to make this post, but I have a suggestion for the video editing software. I would really appreciate a built-in video compression tool. Something similar to the quality compression algorithm used on websites such as the website 8mb.video which is a place where you can upload videos to be perfectly compressed to be 8 MegaBytes or below with minimal loss of quality.
Many times I find myself held back by upload limits in various apps, websites, social media, etc. that have an upload limit on video files. I then have to go find an external website that offers video compression tools. I think it would be AMAZING if Samsung could include the option to compress video files to a certain common size accepted by apps and websites (8MB, 15MB, 50MB, etc.). This could be done locally using my phones APU to perform the compression.
Anyways, I was not sure where to put this suggestion, but figured this forum might be a safe bet. I am positive that myself, and many others, would appreciate a built-in compression tool within the Samsung ecosystem, perhaps within the local gallery video editing tool. That would absolutely amazing, and would be something new to offer Samsung users that the competition does NOT have yet! It would be another reason to buy Samsung, and also another thing I can brag about to iPhone users.
I would appreciate any community feedback, and would LOVE to get some feedback from the Devs on implementing this feature.

Your suggestion would be better provided to Samsung by accessing the 'Send Feedback' form in this app. Go back to the main page, tap the 'Support' tab, then, under 'Quick Help', tap 'Send Feedback'.
The send feedback feature seems to be aimed at issues regarding specific aspects of the phone, and not a general suggestion for the software feature set of OneUI itself. For instance; When sending "feedback" via your method I was required to pick an option from a drop down menu regarding the frequency of the issue at hand for the feedback (Often, sometimes, constant), which does not fit with a general suggestion such as mine.
Is there a place better suited for feedback that does not pertain to an actual issue with the phone?
Yes, however, it still is Samsung's official way for submitting any feedback. Simply choose 'other' and any frequency that you like, then write your detailed message, which you can copy and paste from here. You can also add some attachments, like images and sound files, if you wish before sending.
Hello again, so I went ahead and edited down my suggestion to fit within Samsungs feedback 1000 character limit and submitted the suggestion. However, I then received an automated response. I don't believe that my suggestion has been seen by a human. If this is how Samsung wants people to submit suggestions, it is an absolutely abysmal way to do so; The message I received back is as follows:
"Thank you very much for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are unable to gather enough information from the previous error report. Please replicate the issue and submit new error report right away. Ensure that "Send System Log Data" is selected. Also, please provide additional information regarding the issue. Make sure you update the device to the latest market software version and if the issue reoccurs, please submit a new error report and attach screenshots and/or videos. We appreciate your business."
So, as you can see, even though I properly explained that this is NOT an actual "issue" with the phone, but a suggestion for their software feature set, I was met with an automated response that seemingly did not read my suggestion whatsoever.
This can't possibly be the correct way to submit a suggestion. My suggestion was entirely disregarded without being read, and was met with a response for information clearly not needed.
