Can not firmware update Smart Tag 2

I've tried this several times on my Galaxy Tab S6 as well as my S10 phone. I have about 10 other tags that I've updated over the years. I can NOT click the "update" (or "later") buttons. Or even dismiss that dog thing at the top. I've tried even using a bluetooth mouse or the tablet's keyboard/trackpad cover...

I'm having the EXACT same issue right now with brand new Smart Tag 2s

I was able to get this to update after deleting app and resetting tags. Unfortunately after this step it gets stuck on the "before you use this tag" dialog that details the importance of legal use of the tag. Can't interact with the "accept" button.

I have the same exact issue on my s23 ultra. Just bought these tags literally a few days ago. Did you also send screenshot and data log to samsung through the feedback section in smart things app? Hopefully theres enough data from users that they can fix this.

Not sure what's different as I haven't changed anything and there was no software updates that I noticed but randomly just tried again tonight and look at that it worked

Same issue here.  Got tags for my dogs, cant update them, tried to reset app, now i'm stuck on the legal jargan page and can't hit accept.
