If I'm not mistaken there is a place in the theme store where you can tag the names of the creators/designers names. I used to change my phone wallpapers, lockscreens, icons etc. It helped me steer towards the stuff i liked and didn't have to comb through tons of items. Look areound in the theme store. You also can create a wish list full of all things you are into.
