Issue syncing contacts using Exchange Active Sync to Samsung email

Anyone else having issues syncing (updated) contacts into the device?

I am using Samsung email, not outlook and the first Sync is successful. However, if I add or update any of the contacts in my desktop Outlook they are not making it down to the phone. Or vice versa. Manual sync does not help. 

I can remove the account, which will delete or contacts. Add it back again, all the changes are in, but any subsequent change is not showing up on the phone!

So frustrating...

this is still broken.  exchange contacts do not keep syncing.  on s10e using same mail app as s22

I decided to uninstall the email app and reinstalled it and my contacts synced! I added a new contact into my computer and it synced with my phone!

It did for a couple of days, not exactly sure how long. Then I noticed a contact hadn't updated, so I uninstalled and reinstalled again and it synced. Real pain, but if it's the only thing that works for my phone.

Did you loose the changes by deleting/reinstalling, oder were changes you made previous to deleting the app synced after reinstalling?

I am having the same problem for sometime now on my Galaxy A51. It looks like a universal issue in the app. @userGj22vB51qt  please find a solution to this, I have lost several contacts already. The contacts app seems to only be able to download contacts from the server for the first time and then it stops to synchronize new contact on the server with the phone or new new contacts created on the phone to the server. 

If anyone have any work arounds or recommend another contacts manager please feel free to share.

Bruhhh it's so bad. I moved from outlook and Gmail to app called nine for email. Try it. You likey.
