I just recently had to do a factory reset on my Note 20 5G ultra. Did the backup to samsung cloud but all events I save and special events I marked were not restored. I read somewhere that the calander is only stored on the device and not to the cloud. Please assist
@andre23 When you create an event in the Calendar, you can choose to have it created on the phone or in your Google account.
When you backup to Samsung cloud you must be sure to enable the Calendar events. When you do that, only the Calendar events that you have saved to the phone are backed up. The other events are already in your Google cloud.
