Please include guests mode to ui 7 or multiuser feature other small phone have it talk less of High cost phone. I hear the feature is included in iPad thanks
There are many people on this site that would be willing to help you if you would kindly explain what's frustrating you so much. What you describe seems to be very improbable and I imagine there's a bit of creative liberty or exaggeration in it.
Whatever issues your having 100% can be solved if you explained what exactly the issue is. Other companies have issues as well so don't think for a second that any other product is "perfect".
When the new UI downloaded, it changed the look of everything on my phone. For example, text is now white on black ... for everything!
If Samsung needs to change code for some reason, fine. But it should not change the look which I have chosen. If the new UI is unable to preserve the old look, then it is faulty and should not have been sent out.
For Samsung to change the look which I have chosen shows either (1) disrespect for the users, or (2) thoughtlessness.
If you are stuck in dark mode and cannot change it, make sure that power saving has not been turned on. Go to settings/battery/power saving and either turn it off, or turn off "switch to dark mode". If your wallpaper/theme has changed, it would be because the theme you had was either not updated by the developer or is no longer compatible/available. Reapply your theme, or choose another.
