One UI 7/ Android 15 Feedback and Feature Requests

Please include guests mode to ui 7 or mutiuser feature other small phone have it talkless of High cost phone. I hear the feature is included in iPad thanks

Show menu bar in Samsung Internet when opening a webpage from a homescreen shortcut, so the AI features can be used.

For example:

1. You save google news to the home screen as a shortcut
2. You open google news from the shortcut
3. You go to a news story
4. You want to use summary, but you can't open the browser assist as the icon is only available from the menu bar, which is not there.

Please add volume bar to full screen video in landscape mode such that when the screen is touched and the video control buttons appear also the volume bar appears on the right, just like when the physical volume control button is pushed.
This would enable the user to increase/decrease the video volume using the thumb while holding the phone in one hand. Also it enables more granular volume control than using the physical volume control button.

I would love to see an app specific volume control like Windows has. If I'm listening to a podcast on Spotify, YouTube, etc., and also playing a game, I'd like to lower the volume on the game so it doesn't disturb my listening to my podcast or music, video, etc.

What version of One UI are you asking about? Version 7 does have new FX sounds that version 6.1.1 didn't have. Not noticing any new ringtones though.

He esperado tanto la actualización de Android 15, con One UI 7 de Samsung, que casi ni la quiero ahora. La he visto ya en los nuevos teléfonos, y sinceramente, esos teléfonos me parecen feos. El acabado es horrible, parece una copia barata del iPhone, y lo peor es que no se ve premium en lo más mínimo. Sin una funda, estos teléfonos no tienen nada que ver. Por ejemplo, los Galaxy Ultra, son un desastre. Prefiero quedarme con mi S22 Ultra, que, a pesar de no ser nuevo, sigue teniendo mejor diseño y calidad que los nuevos modelos.

Lo más frustrante es que la espera no tiene que ver con el desarrollo de la beta ni con mejorar la experiencia. La espera es porque Samsung quiere que compres un teléfono nuevo. Y aunque no caí en esa trampa antes, ahora veo claramente cómo están manejando todo: quieren que gastes en un dispositivo nuevo para obtener la actualización. Yo no voy a ser parte de ese juego. Seguiré con mi teléfono actual y, cuando pueda, cambiaré a una marca como Nothing Phone, que tiene un ecosistema perfecto y está llevando Android al nivel que siempre debió ser. Un sistema operativo premium, bien diseñado, con una interfaz atractiva que te hace disfrutar de cada momento que usas el teléfono.

Samsung, por su parte, puede seguir dilatando lo que quiera con las actualizaciones, pero mi objetivo es personalizar mi teléfono a mi gusto con las herramientas que ya tengo disponibles. A pesar de la demora en la actualización, Samsung ya ha lanzado nuevas actualizaciones para los modelos de gama media que acaban de salir. Mientras tanto, los modelos de gama alta, como el S22 Ultra, siguen esperando la versión final de la beta. Esto es una falta de respeto hacia los usuarios que han invertido en los dispositivos más caros. Es un descaro.

Samsung comenzó siendo una compañía que fabricaba teléfonos mediocres, y después mejoró con el tiempo. Sin embargo, ahora parece que están regresando a sus viejos hábitos, y eso es una gran decepción para todos los que apostamos por sus productos en el pasado. Es una lástima ver cómo una marca que solía estar a la vanguardia ahora se está quedando atrás.
