I am having trouble to connect my wyze devices with smart things because it doesn't support wyze as a brand yet. So, how can we raise our voices to SmartThings community to add more partner brands such as wyze.

What is it you are looking to connect, and why is Wyze's own app not sufficient? It's been a long time since I've used it, but I was certain my Wyze camera showed up in ST. I could be wrong. It could be that Wyze is unwilling to make their devices ST compatible. Why are you assuming Sansung is at fault?

Thank you for your response. I am trying to connect my wyze security camera and lights from wyze brand. I do use wyze app and it is ok. I use SmartThings as a unifying hub for my all Samsung devices and other supported devices. Samsung routine is the app where a create complex automation for my devices that works with SmartThings. SmartThings itself also provides robust automation. Wyze also have few automation which is not enough for my use case. I don't think wyze is reluctant to make their devices SmartThings compatible as it would be beneficial themselves as more compatibility equals to more sales as people like flexibility than restrictions. May be Samsung is unaware about the small brands like wyze and had never reached their hands.. Just may be😊

Making the devices ST compatible may involve some cost increase to the product that Wyze is unwilling to add.  I do not know if it's a case of adding something extra or just a matter of an agreement between Wyze and Samsung.  I mean, even some large entities are not compatible with ST- my Whirlpool microwave, and my particular brand of automated shades,  for instance.
