All of a sudden it's not working. It basically connects and then there's a black screen for about 5 seconds and then disconnects. The only thing I could think of is the new phone update could be causing it. I've reset both my Samsung smart TV & phone

That's not good.

I have been able use mine, all the time, once I added my TV to the SmartThings app.

Yeah I chatted with support for hours and they couldn't figure it out
