Unable to add q990c soundbar to Smartthings app as of a few weeks ago.

Hello All!

I am stuck on this screen while adding my soundbar to the smart things app. It was connected for about a year and i have reconnected it mamy times, but now i cannot re add it.

I have tried unplugging it

I have tried hard reset by holding (+)(-)

i have removed it from the smartthings app and tried both of those again.

i have reset my wifi.

Anybody have any ideas?
