Use Samsung Members App on iPhone/macOS

I have a Samsung 49" Odyssey Monitor with the Smart TV feature (G95SC).

I got a Black Weeks promotion, but there's a note saying I can only use it through the Samsung Members app. I'm also planning to buy a Samsung smartphone for my dad.

The problem is, I can't get the app because my setup is all macOS and iPhone — I don’t have an Android device. I also tried to install the Members app on the Smart TV, but I couldn’t find it anywhere. When I searched for "Samsung Members App," I only got TV shows, not the app itself.

I also tried the link mentioned in another thread titled "Is the Samsung Members app available for iPhone?"

(I changed the link a bit in case posting it here gets blocked.)

But on that page, there are only links to the App Store, and I still can’t access the Members area like it says in the thread.

But how can I redeem the coupon if I don't have access to the Members app? Can I use my friend's Android phone to place the order, or how does it work?

There's no Members app on the Smart TV either.

If the coupon is something unique sent specifically to your Samsung account then you must be logged into your Samsung account to use it. If your friend allows that on his Samsung it should work.
