100 Sticker limit in gallery?

My mom has an S9 FE and wanted to make stickers in the stock gallery app but it says there's a 100 sticker limit. She said her old Galaxy Tab didn't have this, is there a way of circumventing this?

Galaxy tabs tend to be able to hold more storage than phones. To me it seems like you can't go around this problem.
