I bought my A9+ new from Amazon, I have Samsung phones and I like their products. When I turned it on, this was in January 2026 I did everything it said and was able to use it. Then in February it did an update. Updated to UI8/Android 16. Tablet works fine, I can get on line do YouTube and stream movies from YouTube, Tubi and Pluto TV jest fine no problems. I was going through my tablet a few weeks ago. It's running fine but I decided to check for updates. Went into Settings and choose software update and it responded network unavailable try again later. So I didn't think anything about it. I tried a few days later and it says the same thing. This went on for a couple of weeks. After that I thought may be there is no updates available. So for the heck of it I went to update my Samsung phone and what it said was your phone is up to date!!! After that I came to the members section and ran the self tests to check out my tablet and what it told me that my tablet is not up to date and their is one available!!! So I went to up date it and it said the same message network unavailable try again later. My tablet passed all the other checks no problem. I was able to forward everything to Samsung and they told me that they have the information and they will send it to the developers and will get back to me when they have a solution that was about 3 weeks ago!!! Still waiting and like I said my tablet works just fine I can do the stuff I want to watch movies, get the news and it works jest fine. It jest won't update after the last one in February so I'm jest waiting to hear back from Samsung!!!

Follow-up....
I want to ask again if anybody is having problems with their Tablets? I bought mine new in December 2025, I loaded some streaming apps for movies and such. And 1 was Amazon Prime. It played all of them but after the February 2026 updates it stopped playing them. I can still watch movies on YouTube, Tubi and Pluto TV but my other streaming apps and Amazon Prime won't play. And I've kept Amazon Prime up to date. Last time I updated it they said that their app works on a lot of tablets but has been having problems with Samsung Tablets after recent updates. So for months I've been complaining about it and I keep getting a request for more data and no answers. I just again contacted 3 times today and took a screenshot shot and sent it in. I told them this, if I have to go out and buy a new tablet, then when I buy new phones mine are at the end of life no more updates since October 2025 I told them I won't be buying Samsung anymore and I'm a long time customer. I've had enough of their incompetence they can't fix the updates and it's been months!!!
