Hello. I'm currently using Samsung Tab S6 Lite. For the past few days, whenever I opened Netflix, I noticed that the picture is not in HD. So I checked the app settings and apparently it says that my device is running a modified version of the Android operating system (OS). (Please refer the screenshots) Anyone knows what does this mean and how I can fix it? Befor this, the picture was HD and there was no issue. Screenshot_20260620_215922_Chrome.jpgScreenshot_20260620_215907_Netflix.jpg

@anne1281 The generic help text says "may". It is just one cause.

Have you tried clearing Cache and/or clearing Data for the Netflix app? Go to Settings > Apps > Netflix > Storage, and clear cache and data.

If nothing works, try contacting Netflix support regarding this issue, as they might assist you accordingly.

It looks like your code does say L3, which means that you may be running a modified version of Android, which I believe Samsung tablets do because of it's unique integration with OneUI (I wouldn't swear to this in a court of law).  If you previously had no problem viewing Netflix in HD, and just had an update, put in an error report with Samsung as the "help" suggested,  https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692  and also contact Netflix for help.  Also, in the app settings, do you have the HDR playback slider on?
