All Samsung apps become full black and don't respond to touch , i can't interact with them anymore, i am afraid to enter to others apps just to discover more than have become like this

Is your phone on dark mode? Are your apps on dark mode? I suspect that double daek mode might cause this, but I dont know for sure as I would never use dark mode. If it is try switching back to light mode, or selecting a theme and see what happens.
