Bluetooth Connection to Magic Keyboard broken since UI 7 Update

I've happily used my Doqo Magic Keyboard on my Samsung Tab S9+ since I bought my tablet. Since the update, when not used for a brief period of time the keyboard is still connected but not responsive... At all!

I have to Unpair each time & then re-pair the Keyboard each time I want to use it. This is a horrible experience & I'd like to go back to the previous version until this problem can be fixed, that's if Samsung ever bothers to fix it at all.

@RoryBreaker Have you reached out to the developers of that keyboard to see if they have a solution?

I'm in the process of that, but it's a Chinese company & I'm not sure what type of customer service they have. I have also tried to find any type of firmware update, but none seem available.

It is most definitely not the keyboard itself I am having the same problem with my car and my brand new Bose ultra open headphones that worked just fine until this stupid update. Like the features the update provided is cool and all but I absolutely am not okay with my Bluetooth features not working with any of my devices or my car.

Yes I could not agree more! If they don't get this fixed soon I will have to swap phones lol I have to have Bluetooth working 😩

Doqo has released a firmware update for the Samsung Magic Keyboard. They shared it with me.

However, the update tool couldn’t detect my 12.4” keyboard, so I wasn’t able to complete the update. It might be a pairing issue specific to my device.

Could you please give it a try and see if it works for you?
