So I recently got a Galaxy tab A8 for christmas so I turned it on logged in download updates and apps so I upgraded from android 11 to 12 and when I switched my power button and volume down buttons weren't working so I thought oh Ig I'll turn it back in where they bought it from for like a refund so I factory reset the tablet then the buttons started working again, why is that??
